We have placed Dobermans in homes in Alabama, Georgia, Tennessee, Florida, Mississippi, South Carolina, and many others. 

We take every application into consideration!

What is required to adopt*:

​

• All animals in the home must be up to date on vaccines, must be spayed/neutered, and all dogs must have current heartworm tests and have a history of being on heartworm prevention. We do check! You can expedite the application process by providing these records when you apply. If you don't have copies, please contact your vet ahead of time so they will have the records ready.

• We require a physical fencing structure or willingness to leash walk. We do not adopt to homes with underground or wireless fencing due to safety of the dogs.

​

• A vet check and home visit. We try to do all home visits in person, there will be times when a virtual home visit will be scheduled.

​

• If you rent, you must have permission from your landlord to adopt a Doberman. If you live with your parents you would fall under "renter" as well.  We do contact landlords. 

​

• All dogs must live inside! That includes current dogs as well as the dog you are adopting. Dobermans are inside dogs and do not do well with cold or hot weather.

This screening process helps us to better match the dog with his or her fur-ever home.
